We make stock each week for our local market so often we will have the hat ready. However, sometimes, we will have to make the hat to order, depending on availability. Typically, we can send the hat out within 3 business days, even if made to order. If there are any delays, we will let you know as soon as possible.

Washing instructions: Cold hand wash or in lingerie bag for machine mash. If you have any stains, just pre-spray before washing. Once washed, the hat can be spun dry, pushed back into shape and then hung in the shade using the linen label: just pull out the lining and hang by the tag.

Have a look at our size chart below for sizing. To determine your head size, simply measure your head using a tape measure around your head, above the ears, and as far down the forehead where you want the hat to sit. If you prefer it looser or if you wear your hair up, you can order the size up.

    Received in 2 business days. Well made, fully adjustable for angle of sun, looks smart, fits perfectly. Only company I know of that caters to my extra small size. Good travel item as well, durable and foldable. My other Topshow hat (pink and purple) is nearly 20 years old and still going strong, gets lots of favourable comments.

    I bought this hat years and years ago. Still have it and it has been washed, packed and worn so many times I couldn't possibly count.About 2 years ago I went to the Emundi markets again when visiting Queensland and bought one of the pony tail ones. Love this one too but the natural one is still my favourite.

    I purchased a Noosa hat years ago at the Eumundi markets, it has been everywhere and received many good comments over the years. It needed replacing and when you are on a good thing stick to it, so I ordered a new one and am very pleased with it and would not hesitate to re commend it .

    We've just returned from three weeks in Italy and to protect my fair skin, I took this hat that I purchased at the Melbourne Flower Show. The hat was brilliant. I didn't get sunburnt, the hat looked elegant and lifted my outfits. It was easy to store, just fold it in half and pack flat. Restore by opening and folding up the brim lip, easy. Came home and washed in front loading washing machine on gentle. Came out like new.I have a big head and the size XL gave me a beautiful feminine hat (I often struggle to find them, usually end up with men's hats).

    I bought my first Noosa Hat some years ago having admired (and tried on) one worn by an Australian lady I met on my travels. It has now been with me on numerous trips off piste in hot countries, and still looks good on more formal visits in summer London. My recent order is to provide another travelling hat whilst using the original for working outdoors when a sun hat is needed. Not only are they very fit for purpose they are extremely flattering and my hat has earned frequent compliments (not to mention the queries about where I bought it). My only quibble - it would have been helpful to have the size on the hat to make reordering easier.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
