We make stock each week for our local market so often we will have the hat ready. However, sometimes, we will have to make the hat to order, depending on availability. Typically, we can send the hat out within 3 business days, even if made to order. If there are any delays, we will let you know as soon as possible.
Washing instructions: Cold hand wash or in lingerie bag for machine mash. If you have any stains, just pre-spray before washing. Once washed, the hat can be spun dry, pushed back into shape and then hung in the shade using the linen label: just pull out the lining and hang by the tag.
Have a look at our size chart below for sizing. To determine your head size, simply measure your head using a tape measure around your head, above the ears, and as far down the forehead where you want the hat to sit. If you prefer it looser or if you wear your hair up, you can order the size up.

Great hat!! And it fits!!!
Love this hat! My head is fairly large and I can never find a hat that fits. This one does, and it feels comfortable and looks smart. Very happy. Will be buying more of these down the track.

Absolute Classic Hat
This is my second Noosa Hat, I was devastated when I lot the first one, such a classic smart style with good coverage from the sun. Material is good quality and made well. Arrived within week of ordering.

Great versatile hat
This is my 4th hat in 10 years, not that they wear out but with constant wear during the summer and on sunny days the rest of the year they have had lots of use and eventually need replacing. I find the hat gives great sun protection, washes well and can be worn casually or dressed up. I can never find hats that fit and appreciate the larger sizes and the fit withstands the strongest spring winds down at the beach. Thank you for providing such a quality functional hat!

Gorgeous hat
I do love hats, but oten find them difficult to fit ... this one is both gorgeous and fits.
I like the natural colour, worn plain or easy to jazz up with a scarf. -
Really flattering and practical
This hat is a rare thing- both flattering on and practical in that it can be washed and folded down for packing. This colour is fashionable and goes with many things.
Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
